Painter and Tyrus Wong

So... fiddling around in Painter again. I'm really surprised by how nice their pastels are, they've become a fave for doodling with.

Two of my weak points are color and landscapes, so I did these studying Tyrus Wong's work from Bambi. His simplistic shapes and gorgeous pastels are just... to die for.


Tyrus Wong as a reference for color on this piece. It's just a color study... trying to figure out brushes and whatnot in Painter 11.
